Your actions and behaviors, as well as your words, affect customer interactions--good motto. It basically says treat others like you would want to be treated. I think it is good to remind people of this often, due to every day stress. Difficult patrons can mess w/your day sometimes, but I try not to take it personal--but oh am I human. The other info regarding ohio new staff, seemed informative, but a lot for a new person to take in at.
