Task 16
Open source seems quite user friendly. I am not sure why you would want all that background jazz in the forefront. It seems close enough to word that I can understand it without reading faq's which is nice. I wasn't sure how friendly it would be if you don't have open source and want to view this. That would be my biggest concern.

You can save files in Excel and Word formats in Open Office and they open those files, too!
